Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a fun and fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm and burn calories all while having fun! Please bring a bucket, exercise ball, drumsticks and 1 to 2lb weights. There are four sets of materials available, these are available on a first come first serve basis. Cardio drummers will meet under the pergola in the back of the library at 5:00pm each Monday, weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate cardio drummers will meet inside the library. This program is free, but a gratuity of $5.00 is encouraged for the instructor but not required to participate.
